Every new home we build is crafted, one at a time, on the homesite of your choice without the use of panelization or modular components. We have been building families new homes in Baltimore County for nearly 5 decades. Over this time, our process and focus has not changed. Every home built receives direct supervision, on an every-day basis by Tom Scherr, owner of P&S Builders.

We include an impressive array of energy saving features, including insulated, dual glazed "tilt' windows, 2x6 exterior walls with R-21 fiberglass insulation, R-49 blown fiberglass attic insulation, Tyvek housewrap providing an air-infiltration barrier and 90+ efficiency natural gas heat.

Customer Experience

Customer experience, sales and the selection process are managed by Dave Pawloski. Dave began his career in the real estate industry in 1977 and by 1979; had started to specialize in new home sales. Throughout his career in new construction, Dave operated a custom homebuilding company overseeing all parts of the business. Dave has the "hands - on" experience needed to guide our new home clients through the homebuilding process. Dave has played an integral role in contributing to the satisfaction our customers.

Maintaining Your Satisfaction

Just because construction has ended, our commitment to your satisfaction has not. After you’ve had the opportunity to experience your new home for 30 days, we’ll return to address any questions you may have.

Warranty

Your new home will be covered by two layers of protection. First, P&S Builders warranty of quality and assurance. Secondly, every P&S Builders new home is automatically enrolled in the in the RWC (Residential Warranty Corp) 10 Year New Home Warranty Plan (10 year structural, 2 year plumbing, HVAC, electrical, one year all other components).
